Raleigh Racquet Club

The Raleigh Racquet Club is a private tennis club with six (6) tennis courts covered by an air-supported structure for continuous year-round play. Raleigh Racquet Club was replacing the decades old air-supported structure and contracted with IQ Contracting to complete the concrete work for the new air-supported structure. IQ Contracting was responsible for modifying existing concrete foundations to fit new air-supported structure by adding concrete haunch on top, construction of three (3) new underground mechanical equipment vaults around the perimeter of the structure, and placement of slab on grade at entrances/exits and between playing surfaces.
