Venture Parking Deck

In the Fall of 2017, McDonald-York contracted with IQ Contracting to perform miscellaneous maintenance repairs to a 5-level parking structure located on NC State’s Centennial Campus.  Repairs included in this scope included lifting DBL Tees and replacing of the bearing pads.  Over 190 bearing pads were replaced on this project.  IQ Contracting also installed 30 DBL Tee support brackets through-out the parking structure.  Other repairs included horizontal, vertical and overhead concrete repairs, epoxy injections, miscellaneous steel connection repairs, DBL Tee sealant replacement and CFRP repairs to the parking structure.
