Undisclosed Pharmaceutical Project

IQ Contracting provided turnkey concrete construction for a large stand alone building of approximately 140,000 square feet to an existing pharmaceutical company that prefers to keep its company name confidential. This project included heavy foundations, large pits, sloped slabs on grade, and slabs on metal deck pours with critical tolerances and specifications. The schedule was challenging, but IQ finished ahead of schedule allowing the general contractor to keep all other trades on schedule for a successful completion.
