Jack Tar Hotel and Parking Deck Repairs

In the spring of 2016, Davidson and Jones contracted with IQ Contracting to perform repairs to the multi-level parking structure that were identified in the report developed by IQ Engineering.  Repairs included the following:

• Overhead concrete beam repairs
• Elevated slab repairs
• Column Repairs
• Epoxy Injection
• CFRP Installation
• Sealant removal and replacement
• EXPJT removal and replacement
• Vehicular Deck Coating System

Several means and methods were used to complete these repairs such as shotcrete, form and pour and had applied methods.  The project was completed in early spring of 2017.
