Franklin Street Hotel Parking Deck Restoration

In the spring of 2016, Wintergreen Hospitality contracted with IQ Contracting to perform miscellaneous repairs to a 2 -story parking deck.  The repair scope was based upon an earlier assessment report developed by Fluhrer-Reed Structural Engineers.  Repairs to this structure included miscellaneous concrete repairs, DBL tee sealant replacement, vehicular deck coating along with structural steel replacement to the underside of the elevated slab.
