IQ Contracting, Inc. was formed on April 4, 2004 by Roberto Nunez and Tim Crawford in response to their perceived shortage of high quality and professionally managed concrete contractors in the Triangle market. IQ emphasizes hiring team members that are committed to providing that service to all IQ clients and thereafter supplying continuous training opportunities to allow each team member to grow to their fullest potential.
In 2025, IQ Contracting, Inc. officially transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making us 100% Employee-Owned!
