Tim Crawford has worked in the concrete industry since 1984, beginning his career with a local ready mixed concrete producer while attending North Carolina State University’s Civil Engineering program. During his early years in the industry, Tim gained hands on experience across nearly every operational discipline, including plant operations, quality control, and sales, building a comprehensive understanding of both production and field level requirements.

Since the founding of IQ Contracting in 2004, Tim has managed the company’s day to day operations, guiding its growth, technical capabilities, and reputation for high quality concrete restoration and concrete centric contracting. Today, Tim serves as President of IQ and is the company’s General Contractor license holder in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, providing executive oversight for all operational, technical, and business matters.
