Smithfield Batch Plant

Thomas Concrete of Carolina, Inc hired IQ contracting to build a new concrete plant in Smithfield, NC. IQ managed the final zoning approval, final permit issuance, and all general contracting responsibilities prior to Thomas installing the actual batch plant. This included site clearing, grading, utilities, initial electrical hookups, concrete pits, foundations, and slabs as well as set up for an office trailer being used as the batch plant office.
