Duke East Campus Dorm

Duke University is continuously improving their campus by renovating beautiful older buildings while also adding newer buildings that can fit well with the surrounding architecture. The New East Campus Dorm is a great example of how well this can work and how a very modern amenity building can match the older buildings adjacent to it. This building is a 90,000 square foot steel framed building with large concrete retaining walls around approximately half the building. IQ provided all concrete contracting services including foundations, walls, slabs, and a hardscape package while not interfering with the normal activities of the Duke students who were living immediately adjacent to the site.
