Crabtree Mixed Used

IQ Contracting provided turnkey concrete contracting services for this mixed use building and precast concrete parking deck. The building foundations were installed above steel driven piles that IQ Contracting trimmed to correct elevations prior to incorporating grade beams and regular concrete foundations. The site was very complicated as it is located in a very high traffic area and is prone to flooding. Much of the construction of this building occurred during the winter and during an unusually wet period that contributed to the overall difficulty. IQ provided foundations, walls, slabs on grade, slabs on metal deck, and hardscapes.
