ECU’s Clark-LeClair Stadium Infiltration Repairs

IQ Contracting, LLC worked directly for the maintenance department of East Carolina University and under the direction of  CRA Associates, Inc. to remove and replace 2 existing plaza deck roofing systems located at the Clark-LeClair Stadium. This work included removal and reapplication of hot-applied waterproofing membrane, installation of drains and repairs to existing drain lines, masonry repairs including installation of through-wall flashing, placement of a new concrete topping slab, and other miscellaneous concrete repairs in order to help improve the appearance and service life of these plaza decks.
