Concrete Construction Worker
IQ Contracting seeks laborers, carpenters, operators, and concrete finishers for concrete construction projects. Applicants must be able to provide I9 documentation, complete E-Verify for employment eligibility, provide a negative drug screen, and be deemed physically competent for the position applying for. IQ Contracting provides the following benefits for all hourly workers:

Concrete Contracting Foreman
IQ Contracting seeks experienced working foremen for concrete construction projects. Applicants must be able to provide I9 documentation, complete E-Verify for employment eligibility, provide a negative drug screen, and be deemed physically competent for the position applying for. Depending on applicant experience the position may be salaried. IQ Contracting provides the following benefits for all hourly workers:

Project Manager
IQ Contracting, LLC is seeking a project manager. This individual must be capable of full-charge management of projects ranging from $10,000- upwards of $6Mil. Attention to detail, organization and communication skills are a must. Regular responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Random, weekly job safety audits, monthly safety reports
- Obtains OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Card(s)
- Represents IQ in Preconstruction/Preplanning meetings
- Studies construction documents, develops a complete understanding of job requirements
- Identifies timely project omissions, errors, constructability concerns and communicate with A/E/GC
- Identify and implement practical, creative and cost- effective construction systems and solutions
- Maintain vendor, supplier, subcontractor relationships, keep organized database
- Develop and maintain reliable job schedules
- Initiate, review and timely submit shop drawings to vendors and clients
- Prepare thorough and complete job submittals to clients
- Prepare clear and complete job turnover packages, properly train/inform jobsite Superintendent
- Coordinate with Superintendent/vendors for major/critical material deliveries
- Review daily reports for administrative, management concerns, change orders
- Assess situations/problems, obtain factual information, develop cost efficient/prompt/safe/quality solutions
- Originate, track, maintain and organize
- general job communication file
- RFI’s, keep RFI log per job
- Change orders, obtain back up info, keep CO log per job
- Work in progress report for cost control per job
- Support/communicate with Superintendent/Clients for project closeout
