Mike Morse has been a leader in the commercial concrete repair and restoration industry since 1988, bringing more than 38 years of experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, masonry repair, and building envelope rehabilitation. His background spans field operations, construction materials, estimating, project management, and quality control, giving him a comprehensive understanding of repair methodologies and industry best practices.

At IQ Contracting, Mike focuses on business development and pre construction services for the company’s repair and restoration division. He works closely with owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and general contractors to evaluate existing conditions, develop practical repair strategies, prepare budgets and estimates, and deliver cost effective restoration solutions. His collaborative approach helps clients identify priorities, minimize risk, and establish realistic expectations before construction begins.

Mike is an active member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), where he previously served as President of the Carolinas Chapter and held multiple leadership roles. He also contributed to the development and management of an ICRI National Award winning restoration project, underscoring his longstanding commitment to technical excellence and quality within the restoration industry.
