Liz Magee Glass joined IQ Contracting in 2014 as an intern while completing her final semester at North Carolina State University. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, she transitioned into a full-time role as a Project Engineer.

In her role as Project Engineer, Liz coordinated safety training, managed submittals and change orders, tracked labor and material costs, prepared CAD drawings, conducted repair condition assessments, and researched repair methods for a variety of projects. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both field operations and project management.

Since transitioning into estimating in 2016, Liz has led IQ Contracting's preconstruction efforts, overseeing estimating, prequalification submissions, and project start-up documentation. She also manages the company's completed project cost analysis program, ensuring IQ Contracting maintains accurate, up-to-date production data that supports competitive bidding and continuous improvement. Her analytical approach and attention to detail play a key role in delivering successful projects from preconstruction through execution.
