16 Jan IQ Retains World Record for 6th Year in a Row

Feb 2023. IQ established a new world record for floor flatness with a slab on metal deck pour at Wake Technical Community College’s North Campus in 2016. IQ received a Golden Trowel Award at the World of Concrete in 2017. As of February 2023 the world record still stands. As is true with all successes this achievement was possible due to a strong and harmonious relationship with the general contractor (Balfour Beatty) and independent testing lab (S&ME) to ensure all variables were tightly managed to expected parameters.
