Vice President Operations
Taylor Rogers began his career in commercial concrete construction in 2010 working in the field, where he gained early exposure to large scale structural work and complex coordination. In 2012, one semester before completing his Construction Management degree at East Carolina University, he joined IQ Contracting — the start of a long and steadily advancing tenure.
Today, as Vice President of Operations, Taylor oversees the company’s project safety, organizational goals, financial performance, team leadership, project execution, and cross department collaboration. His work touches every operational layer of the business: keeping project safety at the forefront, aligning day to day decisions with broader organizational goals, managing financial performance, developing strong teams through effective leadership, ensuring disciplined project execution, and strengthening cross department collaboration across estimating, preconstruction, safety, and accounting.
Beyond operations, Taylor contributes to business development, employee recruiting, and retention efforts — helping shape IQ’s long term growth, culture, and workforce stability. His leadership blends field tested construction experience with strategic operational management, positioning IQ for continued success in the Carolinas and beyond.
