Brookshire Bridge

IQ Contracting, working alongside Contech Engineered Solutions and Duke Lazzara Development, delivered a vehicular bridge installation that required large abutment walls and precise construction across a creek prone to rapid, high volume water fluctuations. Duke Lazzara’s team executed water control operations exceptionally well, allowing IQ to place low elevation concrete efficiently and maintain schedule certainty. With foundations secured, IQ Contracting also completed the bridge erection, providing a coordinated, full-service bridge delivery from subgrade through final structural placement.
