04 May IQ Contracting wins prestigious Golden Trowel Award

Jan 2017, John Nehasil, ACI director of worldwide certification programs, accepted a 2016 Golden Trowel Award for IQ Contracting while at the 2017 World of Concrete Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a significant achievement as it is a new world record with the highest numbers ever submitted for an unshored elevated slab. IQ continues to emphasize high quality concrete construction in all building elements. In addition to the Golden Trowel Award IQ has previously been awarded the Carl Woods Craftsman of the Year and numerous IQ projects have won AIA design awards where IQ installed concrete was the most prominent design characteristic.
