Jill Clemmer is a 1998 graduate of North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She has worked in the construction industry since 1996, gaining extensive accounting experience with both general contractors and subcontractors.

Jill joined IQ Contracting in July 2013 and currently serves as Controller. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the company's accounting, financial reporting, payroll, human resources, and administrative functions. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Jill is committed to maintaining strong financial stewardship, supporting operational excellence, and collaborating across departments to help drive the company's continued success.
