Wake Med Parking Deck

IQ Contracting, LLC worked directly for the maintenance department of Wake Med and under the direction of  Kimley Horn Engineers to repair 4 different parking decks phased over 3 years. This work included bearing pad replacement, spalling concrete repairs, sealant removal and replacement, epoxy crack injection for crack repairs, and other miscellaneous concrete repairs in order to help improve the appearance and service life of these parking decks.
