We are incredibly proud to share a monumental and exciting milestone: IQ Contracting, Inc. has officially transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making us 100% employee-owned.

For over 21 years, IQ has been a leader in providing concrete solutions for our clients in both restoration and new construction environments. Our dedicated team has always been the foundation of our success and will continue to be the key to our growth and prosperity. This transition is a direct result of their hard work and commitment.

As an ESOP company, every employee now has a direct, vested stake in our collective success. This model reinforces our strong culture of ownership, teamwork, and shared responsibility. We believe that when our employees succeed, our company succeeds.

LEADERSHIP AND CONTINUITY

1. Roberto Nunez, IQ co-founder and president, will retire at year-end. He will, however, remain highly involved as a consultant through IQ Engineering and Consulting, PLLC and as a valued member of the IQ Contracting, Inc. board of directors.
2. Tim Crawford, IQ co-founder, will continue to lead the company, now serving as President and CEO.

We are excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to contribute to our community’s Infrastructure Quality, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.
