About This Project

Durham Performing Arts Center

Turn key concrete construction package consisting of foundations, walls, slabs on grade, slabs on metal deck, and formed stair risers. Skanska was the Construction Manager for this project. The Raleigh Durham chapter for The Construction Specifications Institute awarded IQ Contracting the C. Carl Woods, Jr. Craftsman of the Year Award for IQ’s work on this project.
